The Streetsurfer Bus was launched in April 2010 in the Geelong City central business district. The project is a partnership between Barwon Youth, Geelong Police, community agencies and local businesses.

The Streetsurfer Bus provides a weekly evening outreach service to young people in Geelong, Corio and Waurn Ponds.

The Streetsurfer Bus will also attend public school events and regularly promote and support community campaigns.
